Use: Take 5 pumps 1 hour prior to going outside (1.5 hours if any food in stomach). If over 175lbs, take 7 pumps. Monitor sun exposure carefully. Take second dose if still in sun 3 hours after first dose. For extended intense exercise outdoors or if taking sun-sensitizing medications, use alternative protection after 30 minutes.

It really works

We had a hot day this past spring and we decided on the beach. I gave my two teen sons 5 pumps each and myself about an hour before. They are responsible for their own sunblock, turns out they didn't put any on... It was hot sun, 80 degrees out that day. After swimming they laid in the sun. We were there a total of 2 hours. NOT EVEN PINK- not even a little burn anywhere. I'm sold!

We don't burn with this water!

My family has very fair skin and using sunscreen, there is always a spot missed somewhere. We added this to our regiment and found that any missed spots were not burned like usual. We also found that when we followed the directions and used it without sunscreen, we didn't burn. If you do consume a lot of dairy and then use the product, it will not be as effective (it tells you that on the paper it comes with), we forgot and then my daughter had some pink that day (not as bad as normal) but my other daughter whose skin doesn't burn was fine with same dairy foods and this water. Love this elixir and all the others! We use daily!
